Leasing Business
The Group provide a direct rental services, which the leased assets were purchased directly from the manufacturers and according to the choice from the lessee. Upon the expiry of the lease term, the ownership of the leased assets will transfer to the lessee; and the sales and lease back arrangement, which the lessee agreed to sell the lease assets to the lessor, and lease back the leased assets from the lessor. During the lease term, the ownership of the leased assets vests in the lessor but the risks and rewards of the leased assets are in fact was borne by the lessee.

Money Lending Business

The Group provides variety loan products such as first mortgage, second mortgage, property refinancing service and unsecured loans to customers comprising individuals and corporations. Mortgage loans could be granted for various types of properties, such as private buildings, tenement buildings, village houses, shops, industrial buildings or car parks.

Securities Investment

The Group's conduct securities investment activities including investments in listed securities in its ordinary and normal course of business. The Group adopt a prudent investment strategy for both short-term investments and long-term investments and will closely monitor the market changes and adjust its investment portfolio as and when necessary.
