Ms. Qian Pu (Chief Executive Officer)
Ms. Qian graduated from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, the PRC with a bachelor degree of Arts and Wuhan University of Science and Technology, PRC with a bachelor degree of Engineering respectively in 2012. Subsequently she was completed the master in financial management from University of Alberta in Canada in year 2020. She has over 9 years of managerial experience in finance investment.
Mr. Zhou Yijie
Mr. Zhou obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of International Business and Economics of the People's Republic of China in 2017 and a Master of Laws degree in Corporate and Financial Law from the University of Hong Kong in 2021. Mr. Zhou has six years of experience in the financial and legal sectors in the PRC. He has worked for CITIC Securities Company Limited and King & Wood Mallesons since 2017 and 2022 respectively.

Mr. Liu Xiaowei
Mr. Liu, obtained a self-study undergraduate certificate (Adult Higher Education) in Chinese Language and Literature from South China Normal University in 2005 and he also obtained a self-study undergraduate certificate (Adult Higher Education) in Law from Sun Yat-sen University in 2014. Mr. Liu is qualified as a lawyer in the PRC in 2011 and he also has more than 15 years of experience in the legal sector. Mr. Liu is currently a partner of 廣東冠諾律師事務所 (G.D. Grannor Partners).

Ms. Chan Ching Yi
Ms. Chan is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Ms. Chan has obtained a bachelor degree in accountancy from City University of Hong Kong and has accumulated more than 20 years of financial and auditing experience. Currently, she is the company secretary of the companies which are listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange.
Mr. Zheng Suijun
Mr. Zheng has more than 17 years of managerial experience in taxation advisory business. Currently, Mr. Zheng is a chairman of the board of directors of Shenzhen Jinnuo Tax Agency Co., Ltd. since 2004.
Ms. Li Yun
Ms. Li graduated from Jiangxi College of Finance and Economics (Currently known as Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics) in the People’s Republic of China (the “PRC”) with a bachelor’s degree in accountancy in 1986 and Asia International Open University (Macua) with a master’s degree in business administration in 2003. She is a member of The Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants and has over 30 years of experience in the accounting, finance and management sectors in the PRC. Ms. Li had served as the supervisor at China Union Holdings Ltd. (stock code: 000036) from June 2001 to May 2013, which is listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (“China Union Holdings”). She also served as a director, deputy chairman and general manager of China Union Holdings for the period from May 2013 to December 2023.
