The Group's subsidiary, Shenzhen Jinsheng Commercial Company Limited(“SZJS Commercial”) was incorporated in May 2017, a company established under the laws of the PRC with limited liability, which commenced to the provision of the property investment.

SZJS Commercial purchased the property in Yunfu in the year 2017. SZJS Commercial believes that the development of property investment enable to achieve considerable return from rental and would strengthen the asset and/or income base, and will benefit from the long term appreciation of the property market in PRC. SZJS Commercial will continue to explore new property investment opportunities and expand property investment portfolio with the aim to provide stable recurring revenue sources.
