The Group's subsidiary, Shenzhen Golden Flourish Supply Chain Limited (“SZGF Supply Chain”) was incorporated in February 2017, a company established under the laws of the PRC with limited liability, which commenced to the provision of the supply chain business.

SZGF Supply Chain mainly focuses on the sourcing and distribution of non-ferrous metals and construction materials. It’s also provides value-added services including but not limited to inventory management and logistics support, to broaden the income stream from such business. Its customers include major non-ferrous metals mining and production companies and integrated infrastructure companies in the PRC.
